    I’ve been stayed in this hotel last week. I realize this hotel service still ok, clean. But just the receptionist people have a very bad attitude, especially the Chinese girl. They don’t have the basic manner as a receptionist. They are not friendly at all, seems that somebody owe them million dollar. Never see their smiling face. And also talk very rude to resident. On my check out day, I saw that a resident request for a deluxe room, but the receptionist answer in very rude said “No more rooms, all fully booking!” I realize that they never have a respect to the resident.
