Hello there,
I just don’t know why but this park hotel people is/are very rude. i called your hotel one month ago to make a reservation for 17th November 2008, your staff said “ok” please call again on the day to confirm. Anyway when i called again 2 days ago (just to make sure that we’ll have place to stay upon our arrival) your people said, “no…no….no….all fully booked”. What kind of service are you providing for people who thought your hotel is good? now my perspective towards your hotel change 360 degree. I don’t even know whether i would recommend others to come and stay in your hotel. we could be your regular customers if u’ve treated us nicely!!!!!! Sorry to say, ur service is terrible and i think you’re too proud of yourself, thinking this is school holiday and you’ll have a lot of customers….so, one would not affect your business……shame of yourself!!
