we are planing to arrive to KL on 17th mid day and interested getting accomodation at your hotel until 21st afternoon. Looked at internet booking but we just want to check what is the best option available for our family
can we get a family room . ( me my husband and a 2 children age 15 and 13) so a large delux room with a extra bed or can we get a double connecting room. and what are the prices. Pl quote net prices ( inclusive of taxes) .

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!
Not recommended to stay.
We had very bad experience to book this hotel.
Even with confirm credit card booking and reconfirm of arrival by email, our booking were released to others just because we failed to arrive by 6pm. We failed to arrive because of flight delay for 3 hours and this hotel almost make us homeless that night and wasted whole night of ours walking around looking for hotel.
WHAT is the point of booking and giving credit card and confirm by email again to their reservation if they have such LOUSY system and management.
They never care of tourist feeling when come to Malaysia for holiday.
NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to stay this hotel if have choice because at anytime, you will be homeless.
